B. Video Tutorials
These flash video tutorials are available in your cpanel area and provide a visual step by step walk-through of all the common setup and management tasks you'll need to perform when getting started.
C. The Forum
Our forums are home to a very active community of users that are always willing to help and discuss new ideas. The forums are primarily a place for discussion between customers but you could expect to receive a response from staff here. There are two: one within your order form and the other at ProBoards.
D. Support Tickets
You can submit a support ticket when you are unable to find answers to your questions using the other resources. This system is found within your ordering and invoicing process.
